We provide yoga instruction that is uniquely shared with mental health and trauma in mind. Our specialized training in yoga for adults and children help us share yoga with all ages and levels of experience.

Please Note: Yoga at HHW is NOT Yoga Therapy. HHW does not offer Yoga Therapy. Yoga is offered as an adjunct to therapy or as a separate service for anyone interested in yoga but not wanting therapy.

Want to start your own yoga practice or introduce your yoga person to meditation? BJ Hart has nearly a decade of experience in yoga instruction, a specialized certification in children’s yoga, and an openness about him that allows him to meet you and your family where you are. Private sessions allow for a chance for individuals or families to focus on the goals that are important to them while receiving instruction that is personalized to fit your experience level, interest, and health.

Private yoga and meditation sessions allow for you to:

  • Begin your own yoga and meditation practice

  • Work towards a specific goal in sessions

  • Learn to utilize props to support your growth as a practitioner

  • Explore yoga philosophy and how to apply philosophy

  • Share your love of yoga and/or meditation with your family!

Rates :

  • One 60-minute private yoga/meditation session: $95

  • Three 60-minute private yoga/meditation package: $250

  • Six 60-minute private yoga/meditation package: $475

Private yoga sessions are all currently taught by BJ Hart and can be led virtually or in person at our office in Bel Air, Maryland.

Specialty Workshops for Students & Instructors

Workshops allow for focused, intentional time to deepen your connection to yourself and to the material that is being shared in yoga and meditation classes. Workshops offer a more personalized experience for the participant by providing space for questions and feedback. Our specialty workshops focus on personal development and deepening of the yoga practice. We have previously led workshops that include:

  • Yoga and the Enneagram with Dr. Kendra O’Hora of Wellness and Co.

  • Yoga for Sleep and Anxiety

  • Yoga Book Club - The Four Agreements

Studio Yoga Classes

Studio yoga classes allow you time to build your individual practice while creating community with those around you. A studio yoga class will connect you with the energy of others while keeping you immersed in your own practice on the mat. You might even make a new friend or two!

Our Practice Coordinator, BJ Hart, currently teaches one studio class weekly at 6:00pm on Wednesdays.
