neurodiversity affirming support for high-masking and late-diagnosed autistic + adhd people
virtual therapy + diagnostic evaluations for Marylanders 13 and older
consultation for motivated caregivers and professionals located anywhere
Growing up without a way to understand or process your experiences often means feeling both "too much" and never enough. Perfectionism, people pleasing, meltdowns, and overwhelm often hide beneath high achievement, gradually leading to anxiety, depression, isolation, and burnout.
A lifetime of masking can make it hard to trust yourself or ask for help.
You deserve support that helps you build a life that actually works for you.
Hi, I’m Courtney!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider blending personal experience and professional expertise to help autistic people and ADHDers find sustainable ways to navigate a neurotypically-wired world.
Rather than focusing on fixing who you are, I offer support to understand your wiring, space to process your experiences, and a collaboration to help you discover strategies and uncover strengths that will support you long-term.
My Offerings
If I had to pick a metaphor for my clinical approach, it would be something like ‘fusion food.’ If you’ve heard of a sushi burrito or big mac pizza, these dishes blend together two seemingly different, and perhaps assumed to be non-compatible, tastes together in a way that “just works.”
My approach is a blend of professional expertise and the lessons from those with lived experience. I am neurodiversity-affirming, blending direct and realistic education about neurodivergent experiences and navigation of neurotypical systems with a space to process, connect more deeply to yourself, reconnect with the things that bring you joy, and build a life where you find your bliss.
