Courtney Hart provides cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based counseling to clients as young as four through young adulthood struggling with anxiety, being a young woman on the autism spectrum, and life transitions such as graduation and divorce. Her therapy dog in training, Franklin, a Labradoodle, often accompanies her to the office, providing added comfort for clients. Courtney provides family therapy and parent support to help support the whole family.
BJ Hart has been teaching powerful, alignment focused yoga classes and private sessions since 2012. A yoga class with BJ is guaranteed to leave you feeling refreshed and accomplished. BJ teaches weekly classes in the Baltimore and Harford areas, and offers convenient private sessions to help yoga students work on individual goals. Polliwog Kids Yoga is the Healing Hart Wellness trauma sensitive youth yoga and mindfulness program. BJ and Courtney Hart lead youth classes at schools, yoga studios and community centers. BJ and Courtney also lead trauma sensitive yoga and mindfulness training programs for professionals, yoga instructors and those interested in teach youth yoga, including a virtual training for education professionals, our Mindful Educators Certificate Program.
