Polliwog Kids Yoga is our home for all things yoga and mindfulness related for young people. Before Polliwog Kids Yoga was founded, however, we were providing mindfulness education in schools, and we still continue to do so, even training administrators, educators and staff in local schools.

Our trauma sensitive, mindfulness in schools program was developed to bring accessible and understandable mindfulness education to students and teachers. In language both teachers and students can understand and buy into, our program uses a unique curriculum and genuine interactions to help students develop their own mindfulness practices in schools.
The program combines in person lessons for students, professional development for teachers and family involvement to ensure maximum benefits in the school community. By providing students and teachers with mindfulness education and programming to support mindfulness in the school community, the students are able to succeed both academically and socio-emotionally.
